Let me begin by saying, I have never had better service, from start to finish, from any contractor in my entire life! Nadir Rehman, Managing Partner, is the epitome of great business owner. From the moment I met him, he instilled full confidence in me, that the job would be done well and in a timely manner. He’s warm, easy to communicate with, and so courteous. Nadir followed up every step of the way, and checked to make sure I was happy with how all was going. I can not say enough about the workmanship of the fabulous Craftsman, Chris, and the Artisan, Suzanne, who designed, constructed and painted my new cabinets that were added to match my existing cabinets. Their work is meticulous. The match is amazing. No one could ever tell the difference between the old and new! Suzanne went above and beyond to make sure the paint on the new matched that on the old. The Walnut Butcher Block that Chris made to extend my countertop, is so rich and beautiful, and is a work of art, in its own class. When there was a minor issue, it was immediately resolved too. The tile work on my backsplash by a gentleman that they contracted out to, was amazing also, and he did a beautiful job! Here’s a really shocking point for anyone that’s every hired a contractor. Every Single time that anyone of these wonderful people were scheduled to come to my home, they were here within 5 minutes of the scheduled time!!! That is No exaggeration! Brandi and John who hold down the floor room and office, were always so helpful and friendly and always got right back to me with estimates or with answers to any questions! Speaking of estimates, there were no surprises and everything came in on budget! Nadir really has a wonderful company and staff and they are all Extremely Customer Service oriented. You can trust that they sincerely want you to be happy, and they follow through to see that you are completely satisfied! I highly recommend St. Michaels Kitchen and Bath!
