Initial Consultation: We meet you to understand the scope of the project.
For existing construction: We will meet you at your house to take actual measurements for accuracy.
For new construction: We will work with your architect or contractor. Once the house is framed, we will take actual onsite measurements for accuracy.
Follow-up Consultation: We have a follow-up meeting to present an initial layout and estimate the cost of the cabinetry.
Retainer Agreement: Signing a retainer agreement and payment of the fee for our services will get your project underway.
Design Phase: We expect a series of design meetings which revise CAD drawings to lead to the best design and use of your space for a clear representation of your vision. This process can last from 1-3 weeks depending on decision speed.
Cabinet Contract: Upon agreeing to a design, a site visit with your contractor or one of our referral contractors to finalize the cabinetry the job estimate based on materials or allowance. Signed cabinetry purchase contract, signed drawings and deposit allow us to process the cabinet order.
Appliances and Materials: We are available to help you finalize appliances and other materials such as countertops, flooring, hardware, lighting and plumbing supplies. Although we do not charge a fee or rate for this service, we expect that if we have spent time to finalize selection, that the purchase will be through our company. Any products separately purchased that may impact the design of your project after approval is the responsibility of the client.
