Initial Consultation: We will meet with you to understand the scope of the project.
For existing construction: We will meet you at your house to take actual measurements for accuracy.
For new construction: We will work with your architect or contractor. Once the house is framed, we will take actual onsite measurements for accuracy.
Follow-up Construction: We have a follow-up meeting to present an initial layout and estimate the cost of the cabinetry.
We expect a series of design meetings which revise CAD drawings to leads to the best design and use of your space for a clear represntation of your vision. This process can last from 1-3 weeks depending on decision speed. For in-depth design with multiple iterations, we may have a design time charge.
Cabinetry Contract: Upon agreeing to a design, a site visit with your contractor or one of our referral contractor to finalize the cabinetry the job estimate based on materials or allowance. Signed cabinetry purchase contract, signed drawings and deposit allow us to process the cabinetry order.
The cabinets will be produced and installed by your contractor. We will be available for any additional related design decisions including appliances and materials.
Appliances and Materials: We are available to help you finalize applicances and other materials such as countertops, flooring, cabinet hardware, lighting and plumbing suppliers. Although we do not charge a fee or rate for this service, we expect that if we have spent time to finalize selection, that the purchase will be through our company.
